Services Offered
Nautilus Sound & Wellness provides sound-based relaxation sessions and related wellness offerings intended to support rest, relaxation, mindfulness, and nervous system support.
Appointments & Booking
All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking channels.
Session availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation.
Package sessions must be used within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Package purchases are non-transferable and intended for the individual(s) specified at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no shows may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
Emergency exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
Packages
Session packages are discounted offerings and are non-refundable once purchased.
Unused sessions expire according to the package terms.
Packages cannot be shared unless explicitly stated (such as couples or group sessions).
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Communicating any relevant health concerns prior to sessions
Listening to their body during sessions
Participating at a level that feels safe and appropriate
Clients understand that experiences vary and that responses to sound-based sessions are personal.
Scope of Practice
Nautilus Sound & Wellness does not provide medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, or emergency mental health services. Clients experiencing medical or psychological emergencies should seek licensed medical professionals.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in services, clients agree that Nautilus Sound & Wellness and its practitioners are not liable for any physical, emotional, or mental outcomes related to participation.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.
