4-Week Nervous System Reset – March Series
This small-group series supports consistent nervous system regulation through weekly immersive sound sessions. While a single session can be restorative, returning over four consecutive weeks allows the body to settle more deeply and sustainably.
Each session includes guided settling, extended sound immersion, and time for integration.
Wednesdays at 5:30 PM~ March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
Limited to 12 participants
Full Series: $120 - Returning Guest Rate: $110 - Drop-in: $30 (as space allows)
